Our Annual General Meeting

Diverse group of residents at a community meeting, with a woman in a blue cardigan raising her hand to ask a question, surrounded by engaged attendees in a community hall setting similar to where the HPRA Annual General Meeting will be held.

Our Annual General Meeting this year will be held at the British Legion in St Mary’s Road, East Molesey, KT8 0ST. The date is Friday 28th of March at 8pm. You may wish to use this opportunity to meet our very welcome Guest Speaker Monica Harding MP.

You can renew your membership at the door if it is more convenient for you, and the bar will also be open. There will be local councillors present, so an opportunity to ask questions. Just a quick reminder, if you have anything you would like to discuss at the meeting, then please put it in writing to our temporary Chairperson, Charlotte Dean at 53 Spurfield, or email Charlotte on Charlotte@wineduphere.co.uk. Any comments must reach Charlotte two weeks prior to the AGM.
